1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a tour or service with VN to You Tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking and Payment

To confirm your reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required depending on the service type and proximity to the travel date. All payments should be made in the currency specified (usually USD or VND) via our approved payment methods.

• Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from our team.
• Late Bookings: Bookings made within 7 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by tour type (One Day Tours vs. Multi-day Private Tours). The following general rules apply:

• Cancellation by Client: Fees apply based on the number of days before departure. Specific details will be provided at the time of booking.
• Cancellation by VN to You Tour: In the rare event that we must cancel a tour (e.g., due to extreme weather or force majeure), we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
• No Show: No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, and trip cancellations. VN to You Tour is not liable for any personal injury or property loss during the trip.

5. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, we reserve the right to make minor adjustments to tours due to local conditions, weather, or unexpected events. These changes are always made with the traveler's best interest and safety in mind.

6. Travelers' Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the correct travel documents (Visas, Passports valid for at least 6 months) and are in good health to participate in the activities included in their chosen tour.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Vietnam.
