Explore Southern Vietnam
Southern Vietnam is the country’s most dynamic region — anchored by Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), one of Southeast Asia’s most energetic metropolises, and stretching south to the maze of waterways of the Mekong Delta and the tropical beaches of Phu Quoc Island. The pace here is faster, the food spicier, and the nightlife more vibrant than anywhere else in Vietnam.
Ho Chi Minh City is the economic capital and the main international gateway for Southern Vietnam, with direct flights from across Asia, Europe, and beyond. From the city, the Mekong Delta is a 2–3 hour drive, and Phu Quoc is a 45-minute flight.
